Paperless billing can not only help reduce clutter in your home, but it is also largely beneficial to the environment. To enroll in paperless billing, you simply need to register your account on SmartHub and select the paperless billing option.
Budget Billing takes the month-to-month guess work out of how much your utility bill is going to be by establishing a fixed ‘budget’ amount that will be due each month for the next 12 months. Budget Billing is not a “money saving” tool, it is simply a budgeting tool that allows you to know the amount of your utility bill before you receive it.
At the end of the 12-month period your account will be reconciled, and the budget amount paid will be compared to the actual billing amount based off consumption used during the 12-month period. If you paid in more than you used you will receive a credit on your next month bill, however if you have paid in less than you used you will be billed for the difference.

Round your utility bill up to the next dollar amount and have the rounded up amount be donated directly to a community organization or local school. You have the option to only round up the change, or you can round up the change PLUS add an additional dollar amount to your contribution.
TVA provides regulatory oversight of electric rates and service practices for TVA-served local power companies. If you have an unresolved issue or complaint regarding your electric service account that cannot be resolved by the Lawrenceburg Utility Systems, TVA may be able to help.
